Business plan provides sophisticated targeting by location and keywords used by your target group.
After the user defines both of these parameters, 9thgn tracks down psychometric parameters and micro-elements of communication. When applied in social media posts and other forms of communication, these elements will be the most appealing to target groups on the receiving end and thus provoke more of their reactions (likes, shares, sales…) and increase emotional attachment to the brand in long term.
On the other hand, Pro plan offers less advanced analysis, because it uses only location as a starting point for analysis.
According to our testing, using Pro plan shows increases of 5 percents and more in relevant parameters of social media posts containing suggested micro elements from the reports. On the other hand, using Business plan shows increases of more than 10 percents in noted parameters.
By defining keywords you may target potential customers interested into your product category. In that case, you would define target group with keywords, such as “drink”, “beer”, “beverage”, if your brand is related to beverages, and also point on a map to area where your market is.
In case you made previous market segmentation research, you may know that one of your target groups prefers sports, while other is interested in rap music. Then you can define these two target groups within the same geographical area.
If you wish to communicate with competitor’s followers, with the aim of converting them, you may need an additional target group, in which you will define keywords or hash tags typically used by them.
Thus, how many target groups (analyses) you need depends from who you want to communicate with, keywords they use and their locations.

Note that Business analyses require at least 7 days to provide useful results, after both location and keywords of target group are defined by 9thgn user.
